Biography

Dr Andrea Werner is an Associate Professor of Business Ethics and has been working at the Business School since 2008. Prior to joining Middlesex University, she worked as a Researcher for the Institute of Business Ethics in London. Andrea co-leads the cross-disciplinary Business Ethics, Accountability and Governance research cluster based in the Business School and is the Research and Knowledge Exchange Leader in the Strategy, Leadership and Operations Department.

Her research interests include ethics and social responsibility in small businesses, the real Living Wage, Sustainable Fashion entrepreneurship, and the link between ethics and accountability in business organisations.
