Edward's research interests include finance, banking, economics, governance, ethics and sustainability.


Current Teaching

Edward teaches a number of different finance courses,on undergrad and graduate levels, including corporate finance, economics, fixed income, and banking.  He is programme leader for the MSc in Marine Operations Management.  He also supervises Masters and PhD dissertations.


Biography

Edward Bace is a lecturer and trainer, with over 30 years’ experience infinancial, economic, and risk analysis, gained from careers in banking anduniversity activity in the US and Europe. He has published numerous articles and presented at conferences on thesesubjects.

 

Edward has a Postgrad Certificate in Higher Educationand is a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy.  He has an MBA from NYU, and a PhD fromUniversity of Michigan. He possesses a Bachelor’s in Chemistry, is a CFA,Chartered MCSI, and Member of PRMIA, where he has represented their GlobalEthics & Professional Standards Committee.
