Research activities

Bushra is currently working on completing the final stages of her PhD in Law and Criminology. Her research interest includes Crime and Social Responsibility focusing on Domestic Violence and Abuse, Rape, Murder and GBH.  


Current Teaching

Currently, Bushra is leading and managing core BusinessStrategy modules. Her teaching interests include International Strategy Management,Globalised Enterprises, Social and Ethical Responsibility and Emerging Markets.Bushra is serving as the Module Leader for London, Dubai and Mauritius campuses.


Biography

Bushra Ahmad is currently working as a university lecturer at the Business School- Middlesex University, London. She holds an MA in Human Resources Management, PGCE HE and a BSc Hons. Bushra has over 18 years of Higher Education teaching experience across various universities in UK and has previously worked with universities in UAE, USA, Hong Kong and Pakistan.  Besides lecturing commitments, Bushra has also served as the External Panel member at undergraduate and postgraduate validation events in the UK and internationally and has also served as an External Examiner. Currently, Bushra is leading and managing core Strategy modules in London, Dubai and Mauritius and is supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research students. Bushra is also writing the final chapter of her PhD in Law, Criminology and Social Responsibility from the School of Law.

Prior to working as a lecturer, Bushra has extensive experience working in Banking, Finance, HRM and Recruitment.
