London campus life
Welcome to one of London's best campuses – in the best student city in the world!
At our friendly, north London campus you'll find great study, sport and leisure facilities. If you want to get involved, we have a very active and inclusive student's union; and there's plenty of events, clubs and societies to join. Passionate about the environment? Join one of our many eco initiatives from free bike hire to tending the bee hives on campus. Off-campus, nearby Hendon is handy for shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and the mighty metropolis, London, is just 20 minutes away by tube.
Campus Life
Have fun, improve your personal best, study at the library, get a part-time job or make a difference? It's all possible on campus. There's something different happening every day of the week.
Meet friends in the Quad, the snooker bar in MDX House or grab a bite and a coffee at Change Please, Greggs, Tortilla or Starbucks. Check out our fab social spaces.

Our green and sustainable campus
We're working hard to reduce our impact on the environment.
We signed the United Nations Sustainable Development Accord in 2021 and these are just some of our current initiatives:
- Plastic bottles: Our free water refill machines have saved more than 29,000 plastic bottles.
- Waste management: We maximise recycling across the campus including hazardous waste.
- Energy management: We use low carbon electricity, solar panels, rainwater harvesting and more.
- Bike Hire: Our MDXFreeWheelers, free parking, free showering and changing facilities support sustainable travel.
- Biodiversity: Green walls, green roofs, bee hives, minimal grass cutting, pond refurbishment and hedgehog boxes are just some of our biodiversity initiatives.
- Food: We use ethical and sustainable products wherever we can and source local, fresh and seasonal food as often as possible.
